Recently I had taken my dog in for dental extractions. My dog had 7 bad teeth removed and after the procedure he showed no discomfort. “We have had really good experiences with Dr. Senese, even when one of our dogs was not feeling well and behaved less than friendly. The staff always answer our questions and are responsive when we call with questions or concerns. I think their prices are pretty fair and we would definitely recommend. My one piece of advice would be to try and avoid Saturday scheduling as they are definitely busy and it’s a short day for them :)“

“I took my female dog in April 2023 for vaccines as a puppy and was able to get a free microchip. Most recently, I had 5 puppies come down with parvo. I paid 100.00 to test and test all at home with nausea meds, antibiotics, and IV fluids. They told me to come back for more if I needed them without charge. My puppies didn't make it, but I ran the last one there because they said they had a shot that would make him well, it was too late when we got there so we had to put him down. They did everything they could in our emergency. They care and be sure to get your puppies vaccinated so you don't suffer the same anguish I unfortunately did. They cost 25.00 but on 2 Saturdays a month they are free. My mother dog that I had previously vaccinated as i mentioned first came down with parvo. However, i treated her with the same needs but higher dose, and I'm happy to say she's getting well. That 1st set of output vaccines will help your pet dogs live if they get it. I pray this info helps many to have a great life with their babies.“

“Dr. Greelee and her staff are very patient and through. You can tell that they truly love animals. This is our 3rd dog we have brought in. This fur baby came from an abusive home and was very scared by everything. His natural reaction was the bark and nip. Doc was so patient with him and by the end of our visit, he wasn't as scared. One of our other dogs has been on chemo meds for 2 years and is doing GREAT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC!“

“Dr. Davis and Ashland Animal Hospital is an amazing, knowledgeable, caring veterinarian.

I had taken my older dog Ginger to South Loop Vet Med. Receiving a diagnosis and quote for the Aural Hematoma that had formed on her right ear, it appeared a bit 'light'. I opted to retreat and get a 2nd opinion.

I called Dr. Davis in exaperation after calls to several other vets. She was direct, to the point, and patient, advising a treatment program. Unlike the ER intent to simply 'triage' (bandaid) the situation, she outlined a pre and post procedures that would commence.

Two days later, having made an appointment, everything went exactly as she indicated. Now, three days after the procedure and after care, am elated to find Ginger better off having been in her care.

Ginger, and my 2yr old Staffordshire Terrier, Duncan, will definitely continue as her patients. Hands down!“
