“UPDATED BELOWInitial ReviewThis was my 1st time going to this black owned shop. I like the atmosphere, very small & quaint, only two ppl working- the owner and a young lady. I got my nails done by the young lady who seem sweet however my nail are very boxy from where my cuticle starts all the way up and I got square shape nails but she made them so sharp that I have to be careful not to cut myself or others. I didn’t have time to say anything or even really notice since my time was precisely planned out 08/03/23Update #1:I reached out to the owner and spoke with her today 08/04/2023 @ 2pm. We came to an agreement that the young lady Lyric would be able to fix my nails in a couple of days.UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!!!!!!Went back to today to get to get my nails fixed. Spoke with the owner- we conversed about being unsatisfied & what it’s like on the business end and I the customer end, which was very interesting & informative for me as I hope it was for her.Now…. What we’ve all been waiting for,Do I like my nails? Absofu**inglutely ? I love them!!Lyric did her thang! She listened (even when I had no clue on how to explain what I was trying to get done) and softened out the tips of my square-shaped nails so they wouldn’t be so sharp and rounded the bottom where the nail bed is so it wouldn’t be so boxy.I’m a happy customer and my nails are beautiful ?If you’re looking for a place that is honest, professional, dedicated to their customers This is where you want to be. For the newbies they won’t make you feel uncomfortable and/or unwanted if you’re not satisfied with something, they’re very much willing to work with.And I’m sure that’s why they stay booked because all the regulars know this & love ? themI’m elated that I reached out to this business although I wasn’t initially satisfied.The owner is an honorable & classy woman& the Tech Lyric is a sweet & very talented young ladyI’m will be making an appointment for a fill-in, hope to see you all soon08/07/2023“
