I have been going to USA Nails and Spa for over 3 yrs now. I have read the other reviews and I was shocked at what I read. I have never seen one roach in their place. It has always been clean. It doesn't have an odor like some other salons I've been to. Also they have always been friendly to me. They joke with the patrons. They have always given me the best pedicures than any other place. I believe those people that gave a bad review was trying to discredit them cause they work for or are friends of other salons and they want USA Nails out of business/competition. They are a reputable business.
Went on a Sunday because they were one of the few salons open. Despite the reviews saying there are roaches, I gave them a chance. The salon could use a good deep clean, as there were splatters of dirt all over the bottoms of the walls in the salon and the bathroom. However, there were no roaches or bugs of any kind in sight. Bathroom could use a deep clean as well. I did receive exactly what I was asking for, and the price was decent. $45 for a full acrylic set, and they accept credit/debit. Staff were polite. Would come back again for the price, but would enjoy it more if the salon was cleaner.
Not the best experience. Went in with nails and came out looking like I bite them. When I got my pedicure, they were grinded to where I felt heat and my toes are sore. People were nice though.
