DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DONT DESERVE 1 STAR! I ordered football pictures in September. Never received them. TSS never answered the phone when I called or returned my call. I had to be annoying and call multiple times daily. A man finally answered while I was leaving a voicemail. He never apologized or had any concern that I never received my pictures. It is now November 18th and I finally got the pictures. The pictures I received are not my child. I have called multiple times and still no answer or return call.

The man photographing had no patience with my 3 yr old. At first, my daughter was too shy to stand on the back drop. He didn't help, in any way. He said "What are you going to do? You can come back later." Really? That is not good for business! I was extremely disappointed in his attitude.
