Tru-Bilt Buildings is praised for its excellent service and high-quality work. Customers appreciate the company's friendly and professional staff, who go above and beyond to meet client needs. For example, one customer had a large overhead door installed and was impressed with the craftsmanship. Another customer highlighted the timely delivery of their building, emphasizing that it matched the advertising without any gimmicks. However, there are concerns about the behavior of some employees, who have been reported to block entrances and create inconveniences at nearby locations. Despite this, many reviews emphasize the company's dedication to customer satisfaction and their ability to exceed expectations, as seen in the creation of a beautiful and functional catio for a pet owner. Overall, Tru-Bilt Buildings is recognized as a reliable company that delivers quality work.
I recently had true built replace my 10‘ x 13‘ overhead door with a 12 foot wide by 13 foot high overhead door. They had to widen my existing door frame and replace the trim. they did an excellent job on my door. Kelly Powell is the sales guy I dealt with and he went above and beyond to get this done for me. I think true built is a really stand-up company. They’ll do a good job stand behind their Work.

Lack of common courtesy for the public I can only imagine what they would do at my house.
I have since stopped going to Casey's gas station next to my house because this company employees have turned this into a company Hangout!! every morning parking their trucks and trailers randomly blocking entrances preventing people from moving around the parking lot or in the store as they are standing around talking
We ordered the special in 2021. They came in a timely manner and very friendly workers. The building is of excellent quality and is worth every penny spent. What they advertise is what you get. No gimmicks.
