Helitech Waterproofing & Foundation Repair

HELITECH Heartland is known for its professional service and knowledgeable staff. Customers appreciate the thorough consultations provided by team members, including Jeff from the Marion location, who explains options clearly and answers questions well. The crew, which includes Caleb, Arlen, Mitchell, Gavin, Willis, Alex, and Trevor, works hard and shows respect while completing projects on time. They communicate effectively throughout the process, helping clients understand each step. Recent reviews mention the replacement of beams and floor joist, which was done a year and a half ago and remains solid. Follow-up visits, such as one from technician Randy Huntt, are praised for thorough explanations and careful assessments. However, some concerns have been raised about repairs not fully resolving issues, with customers noting that warranties are honored but initial diagnoses may have been incorrect, leading to unresolved problems. Overall, HELITECH Heartland is recommended for its efficient work and helpful staff in home repair and maintenance.
