My son and I both got hair cuts here. Toni did a great job! She was super patient and sweet to him. This is the best haircut service we have had! Super thankful.

I normally don't leave reviews because I understand everyone has their own personal experience and most people may not share my sentiment and employees are allowed to have bad days. With that being said. I came in today for a haircut. The employee told me 30 minutes and I was completely ok with that. I know the times can vary and you can't get estimated wait times exactly right. I became extremely frustrated after waiting 90 minutes while every employee was either having conversation with their Co workers or doing something else. There was no sense of urgency. The time management was horrible and not one employee recognized that or apologized. So after 90 minutes I left the shop and didnt get a message to come in for the haircut until after I almost made it back to mount vernon il 😅. So the wait time was around 2 hours after I was told 30 minutes. To me this is insane and had they told me it was going to be that long I would have absolutely not waited. So instead I wasted an hour and a half just sitting there. Mistakes happen and times aren't always correct but someone has to keep better tracking of it.

Was next on deck after I registered came back in an hour they changed my status to 28 minutes will never go there again
