I had an excellent experience with Southern Illinois Proerty LLC . Everyone was extremely friendly and prompt—showed up right on time and got to work immediately. They didn’t waste any time, and the results speak for themselves.
On top of that, their pricing was more than fair. I had expected to pay a lot more for the amount of work that needed to be done, but they were very affordable without cutting any corners. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both quality and value like this.

Tom was great! Quick to respond and quick to show up! One of the few people willing to pick up a piano and took a few other odds and ends in the process. Fast easy removal and well worth it. Will contact again for any dumpster rentals or quick removals in the future.
Great communication in a timely manner. Went above and beyond to get my bathroom fixed and looking amazing after unfortunate water damage. Worked quickly and efficiently. No complaints at all. Thank you so much!
