Kenny is a great guy that will work with anyone. He tries to work with you if you are struggling to pay for something and really wants to be helpful. He can't fix your property for you that isn't part of his job...but he will sell you a place and set it up for a reasonable cost. The guys that he moved my doublewide that work for him were great. I haven't had one problem. It is leveled perfect and doors , windows close great. You can trust him to do the best job he can do with what you have. Just go and meet him if you are looking for a mobile home. You will see he is an easy going guy.
