Very thorough with his inspection and explanation of his findings.Professional and courteous, even took the time to talk cartoons with my 5 year old daughter. Will definitely recommend and use his services in the future

JaCo Home Inspections has been fantastic to work with, and the price is affordable. We were unable to attend the home inspection due to distance. A few hours after the home inspection was complete, we received a phone call to explain everything they found in detail. JaCo Home Inspections answered all of the questions that I had. After the phone call, we received a detailed report with pictures for our records.
