Had the pleasure of speaking to Jamie S. He was very kind on the phone. I needed a new dryer cord that was 4 prongs as mine was 3. He came [the next day] with another gentleman & they set me up in less than 30 mins! Great service, super knowledgeable, efficient, & very sweet guys!
