Excellent service from start to finish. I had a difficult house lock that required multiple attempts to get the right key made, but they went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly. They tried several different methods, including copying my existing key, using the factory ID, matching it directly to the lock type, and even carefully shaving down the key for a perfect fit. Their persistence, attention to detail, and willingness to keep working until everything functioned smoothly was incredibly impressive. Great service!!! Called because my son had locked his keys in trunk at camp site . They moved things around and fit him saving the day. Customer service was exceptional and I would recommend this company and I want to say gain a huge thank you for a job well done and and amazing customer service.

I Had to have my key fobs reprogrammed was very pleased. Everybody at Doug's lock and key service in Marion Illinois was friendly and very professional. I would definitely go back again. They are good at what they do. They try go out of there way to help and get the job done. Very recommended.
