I went to Doug’s to have two keys cut and programmed. Daniel helped me out and even fixed something that was wrong with the original fob for free. Daniel, as well as the other guys were super kind! I would highly recommend!

I recently bought a 2006 Mazda Miata. I tried the key in the trunk and it got stuck. I released the trunk from inside the car to find out the linkage was broken. I got the key out but I pressed a button in the trunk (at the time I did not know what it was, a simple on/off button) I shut the trunk. But what i did was deactivate the trunk release button and trunk release button on the remote. I called Doug's and took the car the next day. It took a while but they were able to get the trunk open. Very fast and professional service. I started using dougs lock and key a couple years ago for all of my businesses. I truly believe speed is a product whenever you need something done quickly and to be able to perform it fast, friendly, and without and issues makes the experience top notch. Im a customer for life. 10/10 recommend.
