I work for Addus and I love my job. I love the clients I have and the bond I have with them. Addus is a good company and is reasonable. They make sure you’re set and ready. I’ve always worked LTC ETC and wanted to switch to HHA and I love my decision.

I worked there many years ago and the pay per hour and mileage reimbursement were absolutely horrible. I hope things have changed and they take better care of their employees. I was a caregiver for my aunt and she was on kidney dialysis. This was long enough ago that there was a lot of paperwork. I hope everything is mobile and easier now. The paperwork then was endless. I was thankful for an agency where I could make money and be able to still take care of my aunt. Back then, I made $4.35 an hour and this was the year 1999. i’ve only worked at Addus since october but this is by far the most easiest and best job i’ve ever had! the pay rate is definitely worth it. i love helping my clients and being there & providing the companionship most of them want/need. Hayley Cobb is my supervisor (Williamson County). she is the ABSOLUTE best! she’s so understanding and will work with your schedule as much as she can.
