Water Heater Installation Repair near Marengo

Apparently, my water heater had been leaking for quite awhile & I was unaware of it. But they were able to replace it even though it took them longer than expected. “I called A.C.T because I had a problem with a brand new hose for my sump pump that wasn't connected right.

Water was shooting out from the base of the hose. I did ask my landscaper if he could install this brand new hose for me because i was in a pinch and he said yes. He said he would charge me $60 for a very simple job.

However...i needed this done so i paid him $60 to do this. A couple days later when we had some bad rain i was outside and noticed the hose was shooting out water of the base of the hose. The same thing that happened to my old hose that i needed to replace with the new hose.The only difference was the old hose actually had a split in the hose (because it was old) so I needed to buy a new hose.

When A.C.T. came out he told me right away the landscaper didn't tighten the hose in a couple spots leaving water to shoot out from the base of the hose.

Prior to all this i did called the landscaper to tell him what happened he told me it wasn't an emergency and it could wait. That didn't make me very happy because i paid him $60 to do the job right and when i told him what happened he didn't at all seem alarmed and couldn't be at my house for about 3 days. I was shocked.

Thats when i talked to my neighbor and they recommended A.C.T. and i can see why... he was excellent, and charge me a trip charge which I felt was very fair. He came out on a Sunday and he fixed the problem, and above all done it right the first time.

The purpose of this review is to solely let people know that there are good trusting, reputable companies that truly care about their customers.

A.C.T. the owner Ron did not hesitate to come to my aid to help me out
ASAP and fix the problem.

Easy fix...however, the problem was the landscaper he did not tighten the hoses.

Next time ill go with the professionals.
