Always a great experience. Staff is professional and helpful. Especially enjoy working with Sam. He is very compassionate, friendly and personable. He is also a very good clinician. Relaxing and clean environment as well. Highly recommend.
I began having hip pain in mid December 2025, which caused enough discomfort to wake me from sleep and made climbing stairs, walking and performing household chores difficult. After a visit to an Orthopedic doctor I was diagnosed with bilateral hip bursitis and an order for physical therapy was made. There is a CORA PT office in Marengo, IL near my home so I made an evaluation appointment to have my condition assessed. I met with the facility manager, Sam Chen, who asked me questions about the discomfort I was having and performed an examination of his own to determine what type of PT would be beneficial for my pain. All of the staff was pleasant and caring. They always would ask how things were going and if there were any issues or specific problems. No matter which therapist you were with on a given day, they all knew where you were at and what needed to be done. Scheduling was always simple and flexible to work within my needs.
