They have always been very nice and professional. I am a retired HVAC guy that has gotten too old to do my self. They all really know what they are doing!! The price I paid was for 2 units. I also had them put in a ductless split system for me last fall, great job.
The people we used to service our equipment closed up shop.When we called 3 other sevices to do our check ups they never called back or didn't know what were asking. One said we are on their schedule. 3 years later I guess we are still on their schedule but never responded. We called Kulacz and they were out before the week was up. Very pleased with customer service, the quality of work and the all the information that is shared to keep my units running efficiently. Recommended to friends and family and would recommend to anybody looking for heating and air conditioning service. Excellent people to do business with.
This company, is professional, thorough and does not waste time. Their service person Edgar was polite, knowledgeable and explained what needed to be worked on in layman's terms for the average person to understand. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of heating and air conditioning work.
