Technician was friendly and used water jet to try clearing an outside drain and claims it worked. I still see water sitting in the drain pipe. Hard to say if the problem is fixed until the next heavy rain.

We called Roto Rooter and as a result of finding tree root blockage and damage in our front yard...... they were forced to dig up approx 30' of the yard and found multiple sewer tiles broken and water not flowing into sewer....it was a difficult project and weather was a big factor as there was 3' of water in the hole at one point....removing the water and mud in the hole in order to install new piping was a long, tedious process....the city of Normal was called out to dig up the curb shut-off as it was bent and not usable........on 6/16/26 the team of Joel, Devin and Johnny arrived and worked hard and tirelessly to complete the job and get us back to being... read full review

Amazing service and very prompt! We realized our sump pump was no longer working late morning and Roto Rooter responded to our request and replaced our sump pump within 2 hours of us contacting them! Our technician, Jonathan Themer, was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did for us very clearly.
