“After 5 months, the end product of our house being put back together following a tree going through our roof was great. I would like to break it down though. Getting the roof put on was quick and efficient. Getting the gutters and gutter guards put on required multiple phone calls and no shows. Eventually they were placed and look good and are functioning. The lone painter was very thorough and did a great job protecting our furniture and clean up. My only complaint was that he kept being pulled to other jobs not being able to complete my house in a timely fashion. The electrical contractor rdid a good job at replacing an exterior light fixture and light socket. The electricians came into the job not realizing the extent of the job that needed to be done. I believe most of my frustrations, once the job got started was with communication between the project manager, outside contractors and myself.“
