“I went here for the first time and was nervous as I was asking for a fairly detailed design. I made my appointment online and let them know it might be a slightly detailed set (as I didn’t know any of the technicians). Alex was my technician and did a PHENOMENAL job! He made me feel comfortable and never once made a comment about my hands being clammy/sweaty (i was nervous lol). I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he even went out of his way to help me find the perfect color to match. He took his time and made sure to check in on me often, asking if I was doing alright and if I liked how they were turning out. He gave me exactly what I asked for and there are ZERO flaws.
