Jake did an awesome job! When we were having an issue with a commode, we called Hollister and they said they could come right out. When Jake got to our home, he identified the issue quickly and said he needed to get some supplies and he would be right back. He completed the job in a timely manner and resolved our issue. We would recommend Jake to do any plumbing service issues.
My basement was flooded because the sump pump was not working correctly. That was my guess, and it was Saturday, and cats and dogs were raining outside. Then I called Hollister. The lady doubted that someone could get me because of their overwhelming situation. So I called John after getting the reference from my realtor, and then he responded very quickly and sent a plumber with a new pump, and I appreciate the quick response from John. So it was a 10-minute job for the Plumber to replace the sump pump when they charged me $535. This is overpriced for a city like Macomb based on income level. The people are in this city. Thank the universe for Hollister! We have been fighting for a year and a half to get our AC fixed in our apartment. After being told numerous times maintenance couldn’t find an issue, Hollister found the issue within 15 minutes of being here. They fixed our AC within a couple days and Matt did an amazing job! He was super friendly and quick. Never thought we would ever have AC again and really brought an end to our year and a half of stress, frustration, and worry for our cat. Thank you Hollister.
