Awful place to try and get information or parts. I called about a water valve part number because I found one for $150 online and I wanted to verify the price because I thought the HVAC company that was completely the work was overcharging for the part at $600. I talked to Wade and he would not give me the part number because they sell parts to that HVAC company. He wanted to protect them and made sure they got the sale. I’ve been in customer service for 10 years I have never refused to give someone a part number in case they wanted to try and find it. On top of that they didn’t even have the part for the HVAC company to complete the repair for over a week....read full review
