Arnold Brothers installed our air conditioner/furnace over ten years ago, they did a great job and we've never had any problems with the unit. Our twenty year old thermostat broke, we installed a new one ourselves, but it did not work properly. Arnold Brothers sent Ty a couple of hours after my call. He is very knowledgeable, professional, honest and polite. We were impressed how quickly he diagnosed and fixed our issue. He gave us recommendations how to make the system work more efficiently. First I call them 2020 and their technician said I need to change the system. Later I just clean my sensor stick and still operating as it’s 2023. Secondly I called them for a non profit. They recommend changing system again this time it was not my decision. I had to change. Owner is real gentleman and he consider me some discount for non profit and I’m glad for that. One request, please do some repair rather replace it is costly.

Arnold Brothers has been awesome! Every time I have called them they responded immediately and provided excellent service. The entire team from the office staff to the service and installation crew was great! Thank you Arnold Brothers! Highly recommend!!!
