I would like to share my experience and make a small request. Recently, I contacted your team on behalf of a non-profit organization, and replacement of the system was recommended. This time, the decision was not fully in my control, so we proceeded with the change. I truly appreciate the owner’s kindness and the discount offered for the non-profit. That was very thoughtful.
I also wanted to mention a previous experience. Back in 2020, I was advised to replace the system, but after simply cleaning the sensor, it continued to operate well until 2025.

We had an error code on our geothermal, we called Arnold brothers Monday morning and they sent Ty out the same day. Ty was able to resolve the issue quickly and cost effectively.
We also needed help with understanding where our Geotheemal lines were. I asked Brian for help reading the map and he came right out and walked us through where the placements were.
The office ladies are always friendly and helpful also! Great customer service!
Had an issue with my furnace not working so I called and they came out the next day. They were able to fix problem right away and reasonable price.
