The Right Place For Finding The Right Pros Near You!
Our journey with Bratcher started with an HVAC crisis: our old Lennox AC's blower wheel failed. I quickly learned that due to the proprietary nature of Lennox parts, the new OEM replacement wheel had a different bore size, which meant we'd also have to replace the motor. This, on an already aging system, made the decision to do a full replacement an urgent one. I got quotes from several companies, but Bratcher's Comfort Advisor, Jonathan Cummins, stood out. He was fantastic during the sales process—upfront, honest, and incredibly responsive. He also immediately respected my preference for text/email, which I appreciated. What truly earned our business, however, was a level of customer-first service that went above and beyond. While we were scrambling to get quotes, I was also just trying to get any AC running for my family. Jonathan and his team offered to have a tech, John McIntosh, come out and install a temporary motor as a paid service call ($1,115.00). John was great and even gave me some tips on what to look for in a good boroscope. Bratcher committed to crediting that full amount back if we chose them for the full install, which they did. This powerful demonstration of goodwill sealed the deal, even though their quote was not the lowest bid we received. The 2-day installation of our new Lennox Ultimate Comfort System was led by Don (Donald Rogers), who was professional and kind. His team, Landon and Clay, were very respectful, great at communicating, and exceptionally careful with our home, leaving no damage. They did a spectacular job cleaning up after, leaving a spotless install. We tipped them $20/day for their hard work. The new system is very quiet and has been running well, keeping the house comfortable, and we've already noticed a decrease in our utility bill. So why 4 stars instead of 5? For a premium investment of this size (over $22,900), I believe the service and "finesse" should be A+ from start to finish. There were a few areas where the experience fell just short of that. Logistical Surprise: We were told by sales that it would be a one-day install, but on arrival, the (very kind) lead tech Don informed us it would actually take two full days. This was a surprise that created a scheduling scramble, and it's an expectation that should have been set accurately from the start. The Final 1%: We specifically requested a "no corners cut" installation. While the technical work is excellent, the new S40 Smart Thermostat was mounted off-center and flush against a side wall because the "cables weren't long enough." I understand the technical constraint, but for a permanent, visible fixture, I would have appreciated exploring options to center it, even if it meant additional cost. The Handoff: After the install, the high-touch communication dropped off. There was no proactive handoff to a post-sales manager to guide us through our new system. We didn't receive info on our 12-year warranty, tax credits, or the maintenance plan until we asked; it was mostly just an impersonal, automated email from Lennox. We were also told we'd get a full system analysis report, which we didn't, though they did let me photograph the screen (which noted the 68°F temp rise was slightly above the 35-65°F mfg. range). Bottom Line: Bratcher is one of the best HVAC companies I've worked with. Their technical team (John, Don, Landon, and Clay) is outstanding, and their pre-sale service is best-in-class. The new Lennox system is quiet and effective, though the S40 "smart" features are a bit lacking compared to Nest/Ecobee. The 4-star rating is simply for the post-sale experience; a dedicated post-sale manager to handle the handoff (warranty, maintenance, tax credits) would easily make Bratcher a 5-star, "client for life" company. We will still be using them for our annual maintenance.
Very knowledgeable beauticians for all of your hair, lash, and nail needs! Not overpriced either!??
The best most friendly women! Can’t believe all the great things she’s done for me and my freinds and family!
Miracle Methods just completed my tub and tile project, and it looks absolutely AMAZING! The process was seamless from start to finish. I began by texting pictures of my bathroom to request a quote. They promptly sent color samples and followed up with a detailed quote via email. Scheduling was surprisingly quick—they fit me in sooner than I expected, which was a great start.
The technician, Tara, arrived on time each day for the three-day project. She was friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. Underneath the white tile was a horrendous green with a white pattern—clearly from the 1950s! The tile had to be stripped, prepped, and refinished before they moved on to the tub. The entire timeline was very reasonable, with just 24 hours of dry time needed afterward.
A word of caution: the fumes during the process are intense. Miracle Methods runs an exhaust tunnel out a window while working, which helps, but I highly recommend keeping all windows open and running ceiling fans, or even staying elsewhere during the work. It was 50 degrees here, but ventilation was still crucial. Also, if you only have one toilet and shower, be aware that the toilet must be removed during the job—so plan ahead with a porta-potty or, humorously, a backup plan – like a tree!
I’ve seen people ask about cost. While there are no hidden fees, pricing depends on many factors, so they won’t just throw out a number without seeing your space. It’s quick to get a quote—just send pictures and measurements of your tile walls and a picture of your tub. Miracle Methods is honest, transparent, and reasonable. Sure, you could DIY with box store products, but you won’t get the same beautiful, long-lasting results.
Thank you, Miracle Methods, for transforming my outdated bathroom into a stunning, modern space. I find myself just staring at it in awe! Five stars all the way—from the initial contact to the final touch.
