Best customer service hands down. Huge shout out to CJ, Chrissy, Dr Fitzgerald and Tori. They always make you feel so welcomed. Picking glasses can sometimes be overwhelming but this team just makes it so much easier keep up the great work you guys

The staff was professional and considerate. Dr. Fitzgerald was kind, inquisitive, and attentive. She was also willing to see me twice which I appreciate given that I was fairly stressed about my visit. The staff did their part to make me feel at ease as they addressed my health concerns over about a two week window. I would have no problem giving this location a positive referral.

I am so very grateful to Toby Wachlin for encouraging me to use Shopko Optical. He was very helpful! I absolutely love Dr Alicja Fitzgerald! She was so kind and patient and compassionate! Every day that I can finally see clearly I think of her! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!
