I had the most exceptional customer experience my last visit here. I bought a pair of glasses with all the extras and it was very affordable. I had the most amazing experience today at the Machesney Park, Illinois location — hands down the best one I’ve ever had!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by two wonderful ladies who were knowledgeable, professional, and an absolute joy to chat with. About 20–25 minutes later, a gentleman joined in and was just as helpful.
I may not have caught all of their names, but I can say with confidence this was the smoothest, most enjoyable walk in experience I’ve ever had. Big thanks to the whole team for making what can sometimes be a chore into such a great experience!
