Hal's plumbing returned my phone call quickly! They actually troubleshot over the phone with me and insisted I try 2 things before being willing to pay for a plumber to come out. I was so impressed with how they handled this. Most often money comes before customers. They could have easily charged a service fee for an easy fix.....Not here. They actually take pride in their knowledge and the services they provide to the people. It was a wonderful, safe feeling to know I was working with such a company.

I found Hal's Plumbing when I needed a leak fixed. Luckily, I had his number when my water heater broke. I left a message at 9:30 pm and the next morning he was at my door with a new water heater! So friendly and helpful. As I said before, I have his number in a safe place.

On a Monday morning around 1030, I drove to Hal's office and told them I had no hot water. By 130 I had a new water heater installed and running hot water.
