It was my first time visiting Darkside and I couldn’t have had a better first impression. The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I will most definitely be a regular!
I absolutely love dark side tattoo supplies! Every time I place an order, I have the easiest time on the website! The color display for tattoo ink is the most accurate I have ever experienced! The hues shown on the site is always true to what shows up in person! If I ever order something that happens to be out of stock (which is not often) I get an actual phone call (not an email I may miss) asking if I want to cancel the item or replace it with something similar and they recommend a replacement. I was in there the other day and helped by a women named michelle.. not only did she take her time to show me different products, she explained why she felt certain ones were what to buy. I forgot to write my review the other day because I left too happy and excited. The prices did seem kind of high until I did some research and found out how awesome of a deal I actually got for an insanely good quality product. I paid the same price for top brands that I would've online for cheap not worth it brands. I 100% recommend dark side and having Michelle help you out!!!
