I went to get my glasses adjusted today and William N. was so kind and helpful. He was the only employee there and an irate customer was banging on the door and started yelling at him and was so upset that he had to wait a few minutes to be helped but William was so calm and nice to him despite that. Great customer service and such a positive experience all around!

I’ve been going to All About Eyes for as long as I can remember and they’ve always been so wonderful! The staff are extremely friendly and Dr Siby Francis is always thorough and quick. I’d recommend All About Eyes in Machesney Park any day!

I had broken my glasses and needed a replacement. Arianna was amazing and so polite and helpful. They were very quick to get me in for an exam (same day) when I went into the store. Arianna was so helpful. Even tried to find a pair of frames so that they could at least put my old lenses into them. Will definitely be going back again.

All about eyes was amazing with my 10 year old . His glasses broke and he needed a new frame . Hailey helped him pick out a perfect frame and explained the differences in what would work the best for him. The manager Airianna was great at helping with the insurance & finalizing the sale of my son’s glasses ! Thanks for the great service!

Great customer service friendly staff. The doctor cares about your concerns. Prices are really expensive you’re better off ordering online I walked out two pairs almost 700 dollars after insurance. Get your prescription and buy them online much cheaper.
