I bid out our roofing project to several contractors. Sebastian from JE Roofing met me at our home for the initial assessment. He was very transparent and showed me several photos that he took, which identified some of the issues we were told we had on our roof. I asked quite a few questions on product, warranty, etc. and he spent the time to go through each with me. They provided us a very fair price and was very responsive from the time we started our initial discussion all the way through the roofing installation. From the very first conversation, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain our options, answered every question clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured.
