From walking in to be greeted with a smile and a hello started a great experience. The quality of the cleaning procedure, not being rushed, awesome conversation was fantastic. The Doctors and Staff have helped with getting over the "dental fright" from childhood. Awesome experience!!
I had extensive dental work done. An appointment lasting 3 hours. Through that time both Dr. Dimke and his assistant made me as comfortable as possible. They asked several times if I needed breaks and made the experience as good as a 3 hour appointment gets. They did not rush me in making decisions about my preferences in crown colors or the amount of work I needed done.
I love this doctor and staff. Coming from a former phobic that is saying a lot. Brittany was wonderful attending to scheduling. I highly recommend this practice.
I've been going here for years now (shout-out to assistant Brie! She's awesome!) but just had my a crown put on with Dr Dimke, his assistant (Ashley? Sorry.) and his therapy dog, Spoon. Completely painless! Done in about an hour and able to set up payments for work done! All new technology for pictures and scans too!
