Chad Haley handyman did our big handyman job 1) enclosed our outdoor patio space and did all the flooring, drywall, electrical, painting all at a very reasonable price. Chad is an honest guy. 2) He also did some small handyman work on my master bathroom by recaulking all edges, fixed a broken stone front of the house 3) he also replaced my garbage disposal unit, kitchen faucet, my dining room lights.4) he painted outside of my rental house in KCMO. In closing, Chad fixes a lot of things at a reasonable price. Chad is my “goto” handyman. Period.
Handyman Haley did a bathroom tile job for us. Chad explained the job, offered sound suggestions, such as redoing the baseboard in a larger wood and sent a reasonable estimate for approval. The tile guy, Eric, did an excellent job matching tile and making sure corners met. The new floor membrane he installed, before laying the tile, was perfectly flat and level. There was a problem with the toilet installation. Chad returned, and reset the toilet with a new wax ring. He thoroughly checked for leaks, making our concern disappear. I would recommend this company.
