I had to go to the Loves Park location on Harlem to get the cut I wanted. Sara was great. She listened and was polite. The Great Clips on S. Alpine, their people argue with the customer, don't listen and apparently lack confidence in their ability to cut hair. I wanted to give them a chance once again but ended up walking out. I will go back to the Loves Park location.

My son got a bad haircut from a different Great Clips. Went to this location to get it fixed. Sarah did a great job in getting it back in shape and didn't charge us since it was another Great Clips that had messed it up. New favorite location.

I think this place is clean and very organized very good people there got my hair cut by multiple people all excellent at cutting hair would recommend this store for getting your haircut.Service: Haircut
