My mom has been at East Bank for over 4 weeks and I am amazed by the staff treatment, the rooms are cleaned and beds changed daily with outstanding service. The food is also great. Excellent communication from staff providing information to me sometimes multiple calls in a day and that is quality service! Thank you East Bank
East Bank is an outstanding care facility. The CNA's (Vannessa, Diamond, Jade, Brielle, and NYESHA, aka Nye, who demonstrated regard for my husband and I. The Nursing staff is up to date w/ Pharmacology and drug interactions. Meghan, Scott, and particularly AMBER is terriffIc. She made us smile whenever she came to our room. The PT department is kind and competant. Nicole (POUNDER) is a jewel. Nothing but fond memories.
I would like to think the staff at EBC i could go on on about u guys at my recent home for about 4 months it was very welcome and nice from the kitchen to the CNAS to the Po and the OT and nursing staff i also like to thank my favorite CNA WHO made me and my wife happy when ever we needed anything let's not for get the management team and head of the Center keep up the good work and also the live entertainment on Fri and Sun with Harlan Jefferson and company
