Kevin is patient and very helpful. He takes the time to listen to you and is willing to coach you through whatever tax situation you are dealing with.

When I went in for help with my taxes I thought for sure I was going to be buckling up for an unpleasant ride, but Kevin reassured literally within minutes that everything would be fine.
