Every time we passed Skycrest, our cousin would point out that is Zoa's vet, they are wonderful. Sad to say, Zoa's owner passed and we inherited Zoa. Since Zoa meant so much to our cousin, we continued to take her there. Years ago, one of Skycrest's employees found Zoa under a car, ready to give birth, she was if anything a year old. They took care of Zoa and found homes for her offsprings. They approached our cousin, who just lost her cat, and told her they have an awesome kitty for her. They have a picture of her with her kittens and all say hi to her when we bring her in. They have been absolutely helpful with us caring for Zoa, who is 13 years young.... read full review

The vets at this practice really care about their patients and the people who own them and all animals. We have been seeing Dr. Shears for many years now for our cats. She is a great vet and a very caring person.

I’ve always had a great experience at Skycrest, but today’s interaction by phone with Becca was ridiculously passive aggressive and unprofessional. We couldn’t get in to be seen soon enough for my new puppy’s training to begin, and when I asked if I could be put on a waitlist, she immediately said no we don’t do that. I said I’ve been a client for a long time, and I know that they’ve called when appointments have become available to which she responded that, “… it’s too difficult to manage and we don’t do that.
