I wish I could give BrightView zero stars. First off, their crew apparently can’t tell the difference between a healthy shrub and a weed. They randomly hack back trees and bushes at completely inappropriate times of year, showing no understanding of proper landscaping practices. Meanwhile, actual weed control is pretty much nonexistent. It feels like they just do whatever they want with no care or attention to detail. Incredibly disappointing for a company that’s supposed to be professional.

We are using this company for lawn mowing at Willoughby Farms in Algonquin. It is the worst we ever had. The management has to keep on calling them to come and mow. In 30 years we never seen a worst lawn company. All the efforts to maintain a nice lawn in past seems to be ignored by this company! I hope the board will fire them ASAP!!!Services: Landscaping maintenance

I worked for BrightView over the winter. Great equipment, I was skidsteer operator, snow removal. The hourly wage was good. The staff was nice, pretty fair. The only thing I have to say is there was no restrooms for the snow crew to use, at all.
