We had four covers installed in 2013, and when I contacted them regarding issues with one of the clips 11 years later they came right out and fixed it and installed new clips on all the covers. Top notch customer service! And they did a great job with the original install, including cleaning g out all the wells to ensure all drains were functioning properly.
