If I could give more than 5 stars to Shoucha Yoga Studio and Vicki, I would. I started going to Shoucha Yoga 3 years ago. Before I picked this studio, I called several studios, but when I talked to Vicki, the owner and teacher, at Shoucha Yoga Studio, I knew that this is the pIace for me, this is where I want to practice yoga. Vicki lives yoga on and off the mat. The classes she teaches are much more than excellent physical exercises for the body, but also for the mental and spiritual growth. Shoucha Yoga offers a safe place to begin or stretch in your yoga journey. The sense of community is beyond what I ever expected. I am disabled, I started my journey surrounded by 3 chairs. In a matter of months, I have been able to shed them all and reach my toes. Vicki, the owner, is amazing in her commitment to students and in supporting each and everyone on their journey. I can not express my gratitude enough for this amazing place she has created.
