The hairdressers here are very knowledgeable and always pay attention to details. The atmosphere is very friendly. My hairdresser is Nelly for quite a while now be sure she has lot of patience.

I came in the other day. I did not want to leave a review as the staff i met were beyond friendly but I went in for a trim expressed that I wanted no more than an inch off my hair as it had taken me years and years to grow out and it was at its longest length yet & I was inlove with it for the first time in my life... I just needed to cut some dead ends off. After she finishes up which it took her less than 10 min she turns me around to look at it and my heart drops. I went in with hair that was to the middle of my back, just wanted to get some dead ends snipped and left with shoulder length hair.. I look at the ground and see pieces of my hair that are 3-4 inches long. I didn't know what to do so I thanked her, paid, tipped well, got to my car and called my fiancé sobbing. I understand it is hair and it grows back but I've done so much to heal and grow my hair and get it to where it was at just for someone to chop it all off in less than 10 min. As a female it really messes with your self confidence. Like I said I didn't want to leave a review but every time I look in the mirror I just get so sad I miss my pretty hair and not only was it all chopped off but it was straight chopped off when I had layers and a nice V shape to the back of my hair and now I don't even recognize myself. The staff is very friendly and I believe they are knowledgeable on what they do, but when someone comes in for one thing and leaves with another because you were rushing.... that's just not okay.

Claudia gave me an excellent haircut. I was a walk-in and I received immediate service. The salon is clean with a friendly staff. I have already made an appointment to have my color touch up. The price is right, for sure!
