completely new owners (not taylor as it says in the description) for waxing, ladies were really nice. really fast service and almost painless. but note to owners-waxing room and bathroom are disorganized. please hide away the things there in bins and tidy up, it was off putting. put a small table to keep the customers things on in the waxing room if you can. its nothing that can't be fixed. if you're a karen dont come here for waxing and be annoying about those things

I needed lashes for a party I'm attending on 5/15, I knew it would be a long shot to get an appointment for Saturday. Pat stated she was booked but asked if I can come Friday after work. I told her it would be about 6:30. She stayed late for me after a client cancelled. I was serviced with mink lashes, eyebrow threading, and tinted brows. I recommend Pat! Her work is amazing and reasonably priced,

I absolutely love the cut and styling I got! Originally I was planning on getting a simple chin length cut with a little bit of face framing, but the stylist Malika suggested a slightly longer cut with more layers and I have to say, I'm glad I took Malika's advice because WOW. This is the most fun cut and style I've had in a long time! I absolutely recommend Rossi's for your hair care needs, and I've definitely found my personal go-to salon!
