Took in an item to get altered and it took many weeks to be ready, when picked up still did not fit correctly and was very expensive. I was told there was no way to make it fit properly, took it elsewhere and it was fixed in a few days at a minimal cost.Also went to pick up dry cleaning order when I was told to come and it was not ready but they did not call, wasted time and day making way there, wish they would have notified me.Service: Alterations

I brought a brand new Winter coat that I bought just last season in to get dry cleaned specially because it has a hood with faux fur. When I picked it up, it was ruined. The fur was all matted and completely stuck together. When I asked what happened, they claimed that they did not clean the hood and that it was that way when I dropped it off. I know it was not that way. I was getting it dry cleaned, following the care directions, so it would stay nice. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. My coat is ruined. I will never go back and DO NOT recommend you go either.

My wife and I have used this service for years, and always was pleased with the price, quality and service. However, over the past 3 years the quality and service is terrible. They have ruined to items of clothing, and when I return to have them rewash or repair, they say "no, you did not me". I would not use this service if they were the only service in the state. Worse service and customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
