This is the best program for weight loss. The lessons and new ways of eating I have developed helps me today and it will continue to help me after I am out of the program. I am not afraid I will gain the weight back because I now know how to eat with consciousness.
WOW!!! Dr. Luther changed my life around! I lost 65lbs with her. She taught me how to make healthier food choices. I was addicted to sweet foods and fast foods!
