They have a wide selection of hardwood flooring there! And rob and his staff was very helpful. I definitely recommend Ll flooring to anyone that's looking for hardwood to be installed!!
Staff here were kind and helpful in helping us pick out our flooring. The only thing I would like LL flooring to fix is their website. I love that you can see a sample in your home with just a picture, but the color accuracy was totally off and almost made me not buy it. Thankfully the staff was able to help show us actual planks to see that it would look good in our home.
George was very friendly and patient. He took his time a walked me through my quote, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He was very knowledgeable regarding the product I chose and any of the other comparisons. The store was easy to get to and near my home, as well as clean, welcoming and well supplied with many options. If anyone wants a good experience with a sales person that is very helpful "not pushy, and trying to sale you what you don't want" go to the store in Lombard, it will be a pleasant experience.
