John took wonderful care of our Daisy. She went to Lil Critter for her Summer cut this weekend, and we could not be happier with his work. She is now all sleek and sassy...

John is fantastic and really takes pride in his work! He checked in with me multiple times to make sure we were getting the cut we wanted for our yorkie. It’s clear that he truly loves dogs, and our anxious yorkie was very well cared for.

I wish I could give 100 stars! I have an olde English bulldog who absolutely hates getting her nails clipped - our vet told us she has to be sedated because she tries to bite when they clip her nails. I decided to try somewhere else. I called and spoke to John and told him about my concerns and he said it would be no problem and to bring her in. I was so nervous before the appointment but right when I walked in John put my mind at ease. I was able to be next to our dog feeding her treats and making her feel safe. I could tell she trusted John as well. He did such a good job, very quick. My dog did not even snarl or raise any of her hairs. He really is a dog whisperer!... read full review
