They’re okay, and nice but would recommend to be transparent of extra cost before completely doing a service. It costs $15 more for gel and I wasn’t informed of cost of acrylic removal. I thought I was overcharged $25 but they were kind enough to break down the cost after expressing this concern.But overall I would come again

I have been coming to this salon for at least 2 years...it amazes me 3 weeks ago I asked for a design on my big toe.....they can do everything but a design......I explained that 3 weeks ago one of the technicians did a beautiful design and now they no longer do designs at all on your big toe if requested. I will find a salon who can deliver my entire expectation.....I have a young technician telling me what they dont do after I literally had the service performed before.....looking for a new salon......

Nail artist Sophie did a great job with my acrylic full set. Looked perfect! Price was reasonable too. She seemed to get annoyed a bit though towards the end but considering it was around a hour and 30 mins it makes sense. visible frustration just threw me off a bit. Forgot to sign receipt and she seemed to mumble to herself which made me feel embarrassed reasonably so but I hope it wasn’t anything towards me. Will be coming back though for nails, it’s a good shop. I think all that is missing is slightly better customer service because nail salons nearby seem to lack the talent this store has.Service: Nail designs
