I go to Kelly, and so do my daughters and granddaughters. Over 30 years, Kelly is family to us. I wouldn't think of going to anyone else. Her prices haven't changed over the years. She does exceptional work and has a beautiful salon. I'd give her 10000 stars if I could!!“
