I sprained my foot and came here today to the immediate care. From the registration to the nurse, PA and xray tech I dealt with — every single one of them were super sweet, kind, empathetic and professional.
It’s very rare to have a great experience now a days with medical care but the staff here is top notch. ✨
I've been using this location for decades and they have never disappointed me. They are always kind, thorough and give appropriate care. I give them an A+, 5 stars and a whoot! whoot!
After years of bouncing between different urgent care facilities, I found this location two years ago — and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. I actually discovered it by accident when I chose a new PCP and ended up here. (There are physician suites upstairs!)
The clinic is always clean, organized, and efficient. Every time I’ve visited, the wait time has been minimal — and even on the one occasion they were extremely busy, the staff stayed professional, kind, and thorough. I never felt rushed or brushed off, which really stands out compared to other places.
