Edward-Elmhurst Health Rehab and Sports Medicine - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I like this place, the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. They always have a smile on their face and help me schedule a visit. Andrea, my therapist is also amazing. Andrea listens to my concerns, makes sure to always know how I’m feeling and never makes me feel bad even though I have not improved as much. Now the reason I’m rating it 3 stars and not 5 is because of the other therapist I saw. She was okay at first but then she got dismissive of my feelings, and basically told me since I’m not showing any progress that I should give up on physical therapy all together. I had an ultra sound this evening and the technician was professional informative and very kind. This faculty is very clean and everyone I encountered was really helpful. I plan to make this location my primary place to go!
