Mark and his team remodeled my bathroom this past winter. The result was amazing and looks better than I could have ever imagined. The real difference maker with mark and his crew are the people though. I felt comfortable with everyone who came by to work and that is huge when my wife and kids are at home all day. His crew was welcoming, respectful, and kind. Cunningham Builders is the right way to go.
Mark and his crew far exceeded our expectations -- I'm a huge fan. We hired Cunningham Builders to do our kitchen tile to accent our new granite countertops. Their work was stellar....thank you, Sean. We really appreciate your meticulous attention to detail! My wife especially appreciated how your covered everything, including our carpeting, so nothing got dirty or damaged. As a bonus, they installed new panel molding, which gave us a beautiful wainscoting look that transformed our dining room. Mark is a man of high integrity, very knowledgeable on most any home maintenance/construction topic, true to his word, super easy to do business with, and someone I'd highly recommend.
Mark and his team were great! Would like to personally thank his crew: TJ, Mike, Glen and Sean whom all spent time at our house. What started as a kitchen remodel turned into full blown first floor remodel and they were cooperative and supportive. Our cabinets were delivered during the extreme cold front this winter and sure enough, there they were loading and unloading them into our house at 8 am. That was my biggest takeaway from Cunningham Builders, They work a full day and work very hard. I’ve heard horror stories about lazy contractors…not these guys. TJ was awesome....read full review
