Mark and his team did an outstanding job on our bathroom and basement renovation. Not only are they kind and communicative people, but when we needed to expedite our project to in order to sell our house, Mark made sure it happened. Would definitely use Cunningham Builders again.

Cunningham Builders have had a great reputation for many years. They are professional, thoughtful, organized, and timely. They are there to answer questions and to provide suggestions. Wow! We could not say enough amazing things about Mark and his team!!! They did our kitchen remodel & from the time we contacted him, to completion, Mark had amazing communication skills. He was quick to respond, offered his design ideas, drew up a plan for us, took the time to listen to what we wanted, answered all of our questions, very detail oriented, always kept us in the loop, and an all around great guy. Glen, TJ and Sean were also outstanding, extremely efficient, professional, respectful and do amazing work. We are weeks away from having a baby and they made it a point to be done before then.
