I’ve used this dry cleaner for years. They are always kind and efficient. Today they went a tiny step above by not accepting an item that had a dry clean only tag. The manager explained the reason, which made sense, and suggested something else for my coat. She didn’t want me to spend money on cleaning an item that could potentially be damaged. It was a little thing but so appreciated!
